Emotional Freedom Techniques

Hello, and welcome back to my blog! Today, I would like to provide a link to my new and improved Emotional Freedom Techniques webpage, as well as a short introductory video.

The webpage listed here, Emotional Freedom Techniques covers the entire protocol of EFT Tapping. There are a lot of words on this page, yet I have supplemented it with instructional videos. Yes, I understand there are already thousands of EFT Tapping videos out there, but in my opinion, I need to create them myself.

As I mentioned on the EFT Tapping Videos blog entry, I want you to get to know me, to trust me. Working with an EFT Tapping coach such as myself can be very personal. That's why I want you to get a look at me and trust me. I'm here to help you, and if you don't 'get a feel' for me, first, how can that happen?

Here is my new introductory video. If you like what you see and would like to schedule an appointment, either in person or via Skype, please call me and ask for Kris at this number: (702) 203-5670.

I'm always looking to improve my videos, so please comment below. There is no editing on the videos, I just do the best I can. I'm a professional health and wellness coach, not a videographer.

Let me know what you think, and I'll get to writing again soon.

EFT Tapping Videos

Greetings and welcome back! I haven't been writing here on the EFT Tapping in Las Vegas blog as I've been busy making EFT Tapping videos.

Why?

Because I want prospective clients who've never met me to get to know me better prior to treatment, and, I want to begin performing EFT Tapping on video using Skype and other video devices. Pretty cool! I've tried this method out with existing clients and they love it!

Please understand that I'm not a professional videographer. This should be obvious once you watch them. Understand also that it's tough talking into a screen, and attempting to 'role play' with EFT Tapping in Las Vegas. I do much better in person, just ask my existing clients.

So, let me provide you with a couple links to a couple videos I've already created.

Now that you've seen me on video, what do you think? I would love to read your comments, so please leave them in the comment box below. There is a lot of improvement needed, I know, but I'm getting there. I figured I'd just start creating EFT Tapping videos and learn from my mistakes. If I waited until everything was perfect I'd never get started!

Hey, I'm a man, and we always do things the hard way. Chuckles.

Now, I haven't even created a 'landing page' for my YouTube channel yet, as I still can't get the words quite right. I don't want to sound like a used car salesman!

With that said, I would love to have you subscribe to my channel for EFT Tapping videos, so here is the page: EFT Tapping Solutions.

Let me know what you think. I can take criticism, so don't worry about hurting my feelings. I just hope these EFT Tapping videos don't chase off prospective clients.

That's enough for now and thanks for your time.

Anxiety Relief Las Vegas

Let's get straight to the point in regards to anxiety relief Las Vegas style. What is anxiety? My definition is: Chronic fear. Chronic means it's always there, and fear is something we are mentally afraid of. Fear turns into stress and then manifests itself in the physical body, usually resulting in physical pain, and then chronic pain. EFT Tapping in Las Vegas is great for eliminating anxiety!

I've amended this blog post to include an anxiety relief Las Vegas style video, below. I just don't have the time to type out all the information covered in regards to anxiety. Although I'm no expert in videography, I get the point across in the video below.

One of the first questions you may ask in regards to my definition of fear is, "Isn't fear a physical sensation as well?" Yes, it is. Please keep in mind though, that the mind runs the body. The Mind and Body are One, yet the mind and nervous system run the physical body. And, as mentioned above, EFT Tapping in Las Vegas is great for eliminating fear, providing anxiety relief Las Vegas style, and a host of other issues we have. It's also great for physical pain relief, which has probably set in, also. You are hurting somewhere, yes?

How does fear become stress, and how does it manifest in the body? Worry. We think and worry about everything. Don't you? I know I do! We are always second-guessing the past, and at the same time, we then worry about the future. Hey, the future is uncertain. Thus, we 'stress' over what we are doing now and then how this will affect the future. EFT Tapping in Las Vegas provides anxiety relief Las Vegas style, quickly.

Another tip for anxiety relief is to just stop, or just let go. Take a deep breath, relax and do nothing. In society today we often hear, "Suck it up!" "Don't quit!" Well, if you are at the end of your rope, often times just letting go is all you can do. In the video above I cover this in regards to anxiety relief Las Vegas style. Watch the video above and you'll understand.

This post is short and sweet for now, as I'll be adding a lot more information in regards to anxiety relief Las Vegas style in the near future. Point being, don't wait another minute for relief. Call me right now so we can set up an appointment. My contact information is listed below. I'm extremely busy, and this is why I don't have time to write in this blog.

Cheers for now!

Psychosomatic And Psycho-Social Treatment

Greetings and welcome. It's been a busy year thus far here at EFT Tapping in Las Vegas. It's a double edged sword so to speak. Meaning, I get to earn a decent living, yet at the same time it means that there are a lot of stressed out people who need assistance. Let's get right to it with a couple definitions in regards to the title of this post.

Psychosomatic means mind (psyche) and body (soma). A psychosomatic disorder is a disease which involves both mind and body. Some physical diseases are thought to be particularly prone to be made worse by mental factors such as stress and anxiety. Your current mental state can affect how bad a physical disease is at any given time. (EFT Tapping in Las Vegas can assist with this!) Psycho-social rehabilitation, and sometimes simplified to psych rehab by providers, is the process of restoration of community functioning and well-being of an individual. (I can assist with this as well with great success!)

Here at EFT Tapping in Las Vegas, both psychosomatic and psycho-social issues are what I work with for the most part. The Mind and Body are One, yet the mind runs the body. Let's discuss an example from a client this past Saturday and see if you can relate.

I spoke to the client on the telephone several days prior to his visit, and he mentioned that he had a very traumatic mental experience back in 2004. Since that time, every time he is 'stressed out' he gets pelvic pain. As my primary employment is as a massage therapist, I told him we can work on trigger points around his pelvic area. At that time I didn't mention EFT Tapping in Las Vegas as I wanted to visit with him first in person.

As the client arrived early we had a chance to have a very long discussion. Please note that I am not a doctor or psychologist, yet what this client presented was a classic case of psychosomatic behavior. (In my amateur opinion.) During this discussion I kept mentioning this 'mental issue' that seemed to keep affecting his physical health. At first he really didn't want to hear much about it or EFT Tapping in Las Vegas; he was here to have me work on his trigger points. Yet, I explained that I worked with both the mind and the body and he was open to that.

During our physical treatment of massage, releasing his trigger points, I was happy to hear that he had ordered and received a favorite book of mine entitled, A Headache in the Pelvis, by David Wise, Ph.D. Thus, in my amateur opinion, he was on the right track. Mr. Wise has an excellent relaxation protocol, one similar to EFT Tapping in Las Vegas, which I think would assist this client a great deal. The client was also in contact with a physical therapist I know who performs internal trigger point therapy which is out of my scope of practice. Kudos to the client!

So, after our session was finished, I explained to the client that most 'physical body maintenance providers,' including myself with massage, address the symptoms, yet seldom get to the cause. (Which often times are stressful thoughts, repetitive movement or behavior.) I mentioned to him that until he gets to the cause of his ailment he may continue to have physical body issues. This opened his mind a bit to EFT Tapping in Las Vegas. He asked me more about it and what the process entailed.

Thus, we spent the remaining ten minutes prior to my next client arriving working on the EFT Tapping in Las Vegas protocol. Afterwards he seemed to feel much better, both mentally and physically. Which worked? The trigger point therapy or the Tapping? I'll say, probably both. I directed the client to further information in regards to EFT Tapping on the Internet and told him I'd offer him a free first session if he really wants to work with the protocol. In my humble opinion, he left our session educated, stress free and physically 'better' than when he arrived. And, that's really all I can ask for.

The main purpose of this post was to demonstrate an attempt to open a clients mind. Many physical ailments are not what they seem to be, especially when we get to the cause of it, not just the symptom. (Which is most often pain by the time they get in to see me.)

Please feel free to contact me for EFT Tapping in Las Vegas, which you can read about further, here: EFT Tapping In Las Vegas. If you are looking for massage, specifically Trigger Point Therapy Las Vegas style with me, visit that page.

As mentioned above, the Mind and Body are One. This isn't the post to go into all the details in regards to how the mind and body work together and how they mirror each other, but if you just think about it for awhile it may begin to come to you. You can also perform a Google search on Mind-Body Coordination.

Have a great day and I'll be writing more soon.
