EFT Tapping - Mind-Body Relaxation Protocol

Here at Northwest Wellness Center where I run my medical massage business as well as EFT tapping in Las Vegas I’m putting together a large, comprehensive program named (for now) the mind-body relaxation protocol. One formal name for it, and what this blog was named is, the Mind-Body Awareness and Healing Arts Center. I’ll cover a few of the details here and expand upon them in future blog posts listed here.

What is the mind-body relaxation protocol? It’s a series of different methods of stress relief techniques including EFT tapping in Las Vegas, meditation, proper breathing techniques, massage therapy, basic yoga techniques and several other different movement therapies. Why is this needed? Because I’ve yet to meet one person over the past 20 years that was not, or currently is not, stressed out; nor do any of us deal with stress very well. There always seems to be some low-level or intense anxiety in either the physical body (as physical discomfort or pain) or in the mind (as worry or concern.)


“Now Kris, if EFT tapping in Las Vegas is so marvelous at eliminating pain and emotional trauma, why don’t we just use this one method? Why is there a need for all these other activities mentioned above?” Good question. Although the mind and body are one, and the mind controls the body, there’s still ‘residue’ left in the physical body from our daily lives, activities and abuse. EFT tapping in Las Vegas is great for eliminating pain, yet it doesn’t cause bulging discs in your spine to magically stop bulging. Nor does it magically eliminate scar tissue from previous physical trauma. It doesn’t eliminate trigger points in muscles so they disappear. I could continue on with thousands of examples but I’m sure you get my point.

Thus the need for multiple tools in our toolbox, so to speak. As the mind runs the body, and IMHO is most important, we should begin there. EFT tapping in Las Vegas should be done as often as needed. Meditation and proper breathing techniques will also be included to reduce and minimize our stress levels during the day. Medical massage, yoga and other movement therapies (as I’m also a personal trainer) are directed more towards the physical body, yet, as the mind and body are one, ALL of the above affect both the mind and the body, simultaneously. You'll find this out as you perform any of the above in a more mindful manner, which I can assist you with.


I’ve studied a lot in regards to all of the ‘tools’ mentioned above. There are thousands, or probably hundreds of thousands of methods already that cover how to meditate, different forms of massage, yoga, etc. Three sources that are favorites of mine, and where I got the idea to create a mind-body relaxation protocol here at EFT tapping in Las Vegas, are:

Koichi Tohei Sensei, the founder of Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido, also known as Ki Aikido.

A Headache in the Pelvis: A new understanding and treatment for chronic pelvic pain and syndromes by David Wise, Ph.D. and Rodney Anderson, M.D.

Each of the three above put a different spin on what they teach and apply, yet all three address the mind-body connection in one way or another. Tohei Sensei uses the physical movements of Aikido (waza) coupled with Ki breathing, Ki meditation and Kiatsu. Jon Kabat-Zinn uses meditation and yoga. Dr. Wise and Anderson use trigger point therapy, visualization and meditation. Now you (hopefully!) can see where I’m going with this multi-faceted approach at EFT tapping in Las Vegas.

Please keep in mind that you don’t have to partake in ALL of these activities. That’s why I’m here as a Personal Performance Coach. You and I work together in creating your own program that suites you best. If you want to just perform EFT tapping in Las Vegas and some movement therapy, that’s fine. Perhaps you want to learn how to breathe properly in a stressful situation and visualize the EFT tapping in Las Vegas procedure. We can do that as well.


This all boils down to a couple of main issues: Eliminating emotional trauma when in a stressful situation (or anytime), and using functional movement to keep the body tuned up. Mind-Body. All of the above address both the mind and body, yet they seem to provide the best results when performed mindfully. Raising your level of awareness, is again, what I’m here to assist you with.
