Five Short Pointers Using EFT Tapping and Medical Massage

Here is a list of five short pointers I found (somewhere) and figured I’d post them here on our blog, as they seem relevant to EFT Tapping in Las Vegas and Medical Massage Las Vegas style. You can use these pointers for just about anything and everything in your daily life if you really think about it.

Whatever you avoid, somebody or something else has to pick up. Emotions are energy in motion. If you don't experience them, then the energy either goes into your body and is stored there or it goes out into the world. Why would you make others experience what you, yourself, are avoiding? (Author’s note: Avoiding is one of the biggest opportunities with EFT Tapping.) Avoided and unresolved issues are stored in the subconscious (and the physical body, IMHO) and we have to tackle these issues directly if we want resolution. Medical Massage Las Vegas style (for your physical body) can assist with this as well.

When energy is blocked or can't move, it stagnates. In your body, the restricted energy goes into adjacent muscles and organs and causes illness. In your personality, restricted energy flows into the patterns that you are least aware of and they run. In groups, restricted energy flows into the people whose attention is weakest and they are flooded. When energy stagnates, change the configuration or pay the consequences. This is where Medical Massage Las Vegas style really comes into play. I work your physical body with massage and work your mind and energy body with EFT Tapping in Las Vegas.

Consistent EFT Tapping practice builds momentum. Momentum doesn't just go away. It has to go somewhere. When attention is not present, momentum flows into old patterns and powers them. The more you practice EFT Tapping, the longer you practice, the more important attention becomes. There are no vacations when working out unresolved issues.

Respect the rhythms of practice. When you are tense and on edge in your EFT Tapping practice, just rest. When you are relaxed and open, push deep into the issue you wish to resolve. Glass doesn't bend; it breaks. Water doesn't move until you open a channel. Once again, Medical Massage Las Vegas style ‘opens the channel’ with your physical body and tapping works on the mind and energy body. Do you now see the mind-body connection?

Old ways (Habbits)

Once you see through a pattern using the EFT Tapping techniques, once you see what you've been doing, thinking, behaving, you can't go back. Ignorance may have been bliss, but you aren't there anymore. This means you can’t use your old excuses anymore, or use your old patterns and behaviors as a crutch anymore. Thus, you need to be prepared to live your (new) life without the old thoughts, actions and beliefs.

Hopefully this short blog post will entice you to begin or to continue on with EFT Tapping in Las Vegas as well as your Medical Massage Las Vegas style. It’s a marvelous mind and body healing technique, yet it’s not just theory. You actually have to DO it! If you don’t know where to begin, contact me. This information is provided below. Enjoy your weekend, I know I will.

EFT Tapping In Las Vegas With Energy Work

Concerning EFT Tapping in Las Vegas, just like most anything else, there is body action of some kind. Of course that has to be. I must raise my arms and place my hands and fingers on the client’s face and body to tap on the meridian points while I teach the client how to do it themselves. But what is my body action an expression of? That's the question.

Is it an expression of my own small mind, trying to do something? Or is it an expression of the deeper sense of unity? Is it creating goodness out of badness, when a client is stressed out, or in a weakened condition, or injured? Do I think that there is something wrong, and I need to fix it?

This is seeing only the relative world. This is seeing only chaos, where in fact there is perfect order. If I don't see the order, then the order does not influence the client using EFT Tapping in Las Vegas, massage, or anything else.

The client cannot see the order, balance, harmonious universe, because of their temporary condition of stress, anxiety, physical pain, etc. If I don't see perfection, then the client also doesn't see that.

When someone feels pain, there is attachment to that area of the mind/body. So one might think that, if you are attached, in some sense your mind is strong there. But it is just very stuck there.

Attachment is weakness. If my mind is strong, it is free and not stuck. Mind is weak there in that sore place or injured place, so if I touch the client using EFT Tapping in Las Vegas there in that sore or injured place with a free mind, then I can release the attachment.

So the nature of what transpires between us, the client and me, the quality or flavor of what transpires between us, carries the quality, flavor, or taste of the source of that. If it comes from my small mind, then it carries that flavor; that characteristic. It is not that it is nothing, in this case, but it's limited. It's not limitless. It is not infinite. It's finite.

So what is the point of all that?

It is very important for me, and clients, to begin to truly understand how it is that energy pervades everything. It is everything there is. So if I think, "I am going to move energy from me to you", or attempt to channel or move energy from Heaven or God or whatever to you, this is limited thinking and a bit of a mistake.

Because how can that happen? It's already there.

Attitude Adjustment

This post on our EFT Tapping in Las Vegas blog is entitled ‘attitude adjustment’ because over the past couple of weeks I’ve seen a lot of attitudes that need adjusting. I’m not talking (just) clients, but fellow health and wellness professionals also. (Including myself at times. Chuckles.)

What am I referring to? Well, to begin with, beliefs. We all have them, yet how entrenched in them are we? Here are just a couple of examples. Further below I’ll explain how this ties in with EFT Tapping in Las Vegas.

I’ve had clients come in with their own diagnosis (from some website) and have determined that they need trigger point therapy. They find my page and schedule an appointment. I can determine rather quickly if trigger points are present, and if not, I don’t perform trigger point therapy. Yet, they still ‘believe’ they have trigger points and want me to continue on. Sorry sorry, love me love me, that’s not how I work. Most understand this, yet there’s always a few who think differently (and that’s OK.) This is especially true of EFT Tapping in Las Vegas as most people have no idea that the mind/body are One, and the mind runs the body. (That’s OK also.)

Perhaps a better example is on a Facebook group of fellow massage therapists. I posted a question in regards to ‘earthing’ or ‘grounding’ sheets and such, asking if any other therapists used them, and if so, if they could see results with the clients. I (of course) got a couple ‘poo-poo’ replies that this is ‘woo’ therapy, etc., etc. What’s more concerning about their replies is that I provided a link to science and evidence based studies that determine that this isn’t ‘woo’ therapy (such as EFT Tapping in Las Vegas, Grounding or Earthing or Therapeutic Clay applied to the body) and if they want more information on it to read the studies provided. No response. Oh well.

The issue with all of this isn’t that I ask clients and or fellow practitioners to ‘believe’ as I do, as with EFT Tapping in Las Vegas. What I’m asking for is an open mind in an attempt to assist clients by any means possible, even if these means are outside their ‘belief zone.’ (A few of the replies from fellow therapists included a comment such as, “I’m a bodyworker and that’s all I do.” I can almost hear the grunting and knuckle-dragging from here.) Not only that, but why is there a need to criticize something you don’t even know anything about?

Do I know if all or some of these therapies work? No, I don’t. I do my best with what I’ve learned how to perform. Yet, if I can’t determine if you have trigger points, or determine if being grounded on my table works or EFT Tapping in Las Vegas works, and decide to try those methods or something else (with no cost to the client,) does it sound like such a bad idea? The clients I work with don’t think so. Almost all appreciate the extra effort.

Another huge topic now-a-days is the placebo effect, especially with EFT Tapping in Las Vegas. I’ve already written about that in another blog post so I won’t belabor the topic. I’ll suffice it to say that if you, or someone you know, is suffering with chronic pain, you or them could care less if the results (getting out of pain) are placebo or not. Yes or no? I’ve yet to have one client (with which I’ve had thousands over the past twelve years) tell me or complain to me that they are now out of pain and it’s all in the mind, and that is not sufficient. Laughing. Sorry, that’s funny to me. If it's not funny to you, I guess you've not experienced chronic pain in a debilitating manner.

The example above occurs all the time with EFT Tapping in Las Vegas and I’ve never had a client complain that their pain is gone, yet it was some form of ‘mind trick.’ (This is because I also explain the mind/body connection.)

Ok, let’s get to the real topics at hand, which are beliefs. To begin, I’m going to quote one of my Aikido Sensei’s in regards to a few questions I asked him many years ago. His replies had a profound impact on me and it’s why I’m using it below. It’s also why I resumed my EFT Tapping in Las Vegas techniques.

Here is the question I asked him: “Do you believe we have a purpose in life?" (Just about any question would do as long as the words ‘believe’ or ‘belief’ are in them.) His reply is listed here.

Sensei’s reply: “I don't ‘believe that we do, and I don't ‘believe’ that we don't have a purpose. There is a big difference between the word ‘belief’ and the word ‘faith.’ When I believe something to be so, then I tend to see everything as if it backs up that belief, and distrust or reject anything that clearly doesn't support that belief. In other words, belief is narrowing down, or limiting, of that which can be experienced ‘as it is.’”

“Whereas if I have faith, there doesn't need to be any object of that faith. Faith is an opening, an acceptance, and it provides an ability to be with whatever arises in confidence. So belief is quite limiting and therefore somewhat dangerous, while faith is freeing.”

“So, now let's return to the important question: “How will this help me in my practice to know this? “What is my practice?”

“My practice is to be completely present in this moment and to experience whatever arises fully. And that's it. There is nothing more, because everything else is imagined or constructed. We have sensation, we have emotion, and we have thought. All three of these arise, often simultaneously, and we invariably take them to be fact, while actually, they are only the movement of energy.”

Sensei writes further, yet I’ll leave it at that. I could probably leave out the last two paragraphs as well, as I’m looking specifically at how he defines ‘belief’ and ‘faith,’ yet I enjoy them so much I included them.

Point being, can you see the difference between belief and faith? If you are an evidence or science person you may disregard this. Yet, if so, I would ask you, “Didn’t you have faith in forming your hypothesis (as defined above) prior to determining the evidence or lack thereof?”

I really don’t know as I’m not a scientist, nor do I know any personally, and so much evidence is tainted to the viewpoint of the agenda being pushed by the researcher or the money that is funding the research that it’s questionable just based on those assumptions (which I see a lot of).

To wrap this up, I suppose I can say that what I’m looking for in anyone is just a bit more faith, an opening up of the mind to at least try different therapies; especially if it’s not costing you any (more) money to try it. Yes, I perform what clients ask me to do, and I actually invite discussion with clients in regards to what they want to do. Most clients I see want to eliminate pain, regardless of the technique used.

This may seem like I’m complaining here, (which I’m sure I am,) yet I have my preferences as well. I enjoy people with open minds. Levels of education or experience are not nearly as important as attitudes; at least for me. With EFT Tapping in Las Vegas, after it’s explained, often gets a lot of funny looks from clients. That’s OK. Guess what? I’m not getting the funny looks or complaints after they are out of pain, and that’s really what I’m striving for.

Aspects And EFT Tapping

Now that we have moved into our new location, EFT Tapping in Las Vegas is in full swing. Here’s our address to our physical location one more time. This is also the location of my Summerlin massage business.

Sun City Summerlin Las Vegas
9330 Sun City Boulevard
Las Vegas, Nevada 89134
(702) 203-5670

The topic of this post is ‘aspects’ and the different forms which arise while we are performing EFT Tapping in Las Vegas. I’m going to be using one of my clients as an example, one I have used before. This client and I have worked together for over two years now, mostly performing just Summerlin massage. Only in the past six months have I introduced EFT Tapping in Las Vegas to him.

What is an aspect? An aspect could be a totally un-related subject or topic that one needs to perform tapping on that creeps into our mind while tapping. Yet, that’s not what I’m getting at, here. What I’m getting at is another issue that’s related to the larger issue one is performing EFT Tapping in Las Vegas on. An example in regards to our physical body would be, if we are performing a bench press. The main muscle doing the work is the pec major. Yet, the supplemental muscles that assist are the front deltoid and the triceps. Thus, the ‘aspects’ of this movement are the front deltoid and triceps; not the prime mover. A psychological example used here at EFT Tapping in Las Vegas would be as follows: You are performing tapping on the issue of quitting smoking. A supplementary aspect of this may be the thoughts that arise while tapping in regards to the enjoyment of lighting up the cigarette. Or, that you get to sneak out back for five minutes to smoke the cigarette.

Now that we have an idea of what ‘aspects’ are, let me continue on in regards to EFT Tapping in Las Vegas with the client. In a previous post I discussed the death of his wife and how we tapped through that. That’s coming along quite nicely, yet, think of all the aspects associated with losing a loved one. The aspects we worked on today with EFT Tapping in Las Vegas was in regards to this clients four daughters. Although all four are grown, they vary in age from early thirties to their forties, losing their mother was hard on them. It’s also very hard on the client, as he now feels completely responsible for all four daughters.

To be more specific in regards to the aspects we worked on with EFT Tapping in Las Vegas was the clients feeling of guilt for allowing his wife to pass away, and, now being the sole parent and solely responsible to the four daughters. This was a long two hour session. We first performed EFT Tapping in Las Vegas on these aspects for about an hour, then we spent the second hour performing Summerlin massage. (I was hoping the tapping would relax his physical body, first.)

What was most interesting during this session was the actual physical Summerlin massage. The client was still tense, as he always is, and I decided to perform massage and EFT Tapping in Las Vegas with him simultaneously. I’ve been performing Summerlin massage for many years, thus I can sense and know when a client is constricted and tense. So, I had to communicate a great deal with my client; this wasn’t a ‘lay there and get rubbed’ form of massage.

Some areas of his body were very relaxed, mostly his lower extremities, yet his arms, neck and head were still tense. (The client is a big thinker, not a big physical movement kind of guy. Thinkers seem to always have issues with their head, neck, shoulders and arms.) The relaxed areas of his body were massaged, yet the tense areas I verbally communicated with him and massaged him at the same time. EFT Tapping in Las Vegas was performed with him on the tight areas, such as while massaging him I’d ask him what he’s thinking about, he would tell me, and then I’d create a set-up statement and we’d massage (as opposed to performing EFT Tapping in Las Vegas on the meridian points) and verbally go through the set up statement. Listed below are just a couple of the set-up statements:

“Even though I feel guilty for Xxxx dying, and I’m holding this guilt in my shoulders, I deeply and completely accept myself.”

“Even though I’m now a single parent and take on all the responsibility of being the single parent to my daughters, I deeply and completely accept myself.”

“Even though I’m holding all this tension and stress in my neck and shoulders, I forgive myself completely for Xxxx's death.”

I had many others yet can’t recall them at this time. It may sound corny to say that I ‘wing-it’ with clients, yet that’s exactly what I do here at EFT Tapping in Las Vegas. Why? Because each session is personal to the individual and their unique situation. This isn’t something we can write a script for, especially when we start getting down to specific aspects of each issue. It’s also why EFT Tapping in Las Vegas works so well.

Thus, the client made some good progress. I was attempting to assist him in allowing his mind and body to coordinate. For the client to sense the tension in parts of his body (through my hands and Summerlin massage) and how it’s tied to his mind (using EFT Tapping in Las Vegas.) To just let go. It’s like attempting to fall asleep. We can’t make ourselves sleep; we not-do, and just allow.

Ok, this is getting long, so I’ll end this post here. The more I write about EFT Tapping in Las Vegas the more difficult I find to do so. It’s to be performed and then perhaps we can discuss the results. Discussing or writing about the ‘how’ is a tough row to hoe.

Recapping And Tapping Protocol

I’m going to take a break from writing about our relaxation protocols in this blog post and cover another topic which everyone seems to encounter here at EFT Tapping in Las Vegas. This topic is about the overwhelming number of thoughts which may occur to us in regards to the seemingly endless list of negative events, as well as all of the ‘aspects’ surrounding a certain event or anything else we are attempting to ‘clear’ with EFT Tapping in Las Vegas.

Fortunately, there is a solution to this which I have encountered from several different teachers and goes by many different names. Its value here is to systematically eliminate every specific event in your life that causes physical pain, anxiety, addictions, or limits of any kind. The name I’m going to use to describe this ‘complete life clearing’ comes from the author Carlos Castaneda and is called Recapitulation. He states:

“Recapitulation consists of recollecting one's life down to the most insignificant detail. The first stage is a brief recounting of all the incidents in our lives that in an obvious manner stand out for examination. The second stage is a more detailed recollection and theoretically could extend to the moment of birth.”

Here at EFT Tapping in Las Vegas we are not going to take it that far…to recollect each moment of our lives all the way back to our birth. What we do want to perform, if we want to clear out all the junk in our lives, is to perform EFT Tapping in Las Vegas on everything we can recall that made some form of a negative impression on us.

Thus, we will need a system or protocol for this, and this system is detailed out below. As I like to keep things simple, I’ll label this the Recapping and Tapping Protocol. Without further ado, here are the details.

The Recapping and Tapping Protocol is not just a way to ‘feel a little more peaceful.’ Properly understood and put into practice, this technique should be the healing centerpiece of your life. In essence, the Recapping and Tapping Protocol involves making a list of every bothersome specific event in your life and systematically performing EFT Tapping in Las Vegas to clear them out of existence. This won't take as long as you think.

By diligently doing this you can pull out every negative tree from your emotional forest and thus eliminate major causes of your emotional and physical ailments. This, of course, propels you toward living a positive, productive life.

Here are some uses for the Recapping and Tapping Protocol we provide as examples here at EFT Tapping in Las Vegas.

1. Performed as ‘homework’ between EFT Tapping in Las Vegas sessions with us at our location. This is certain to accelerate and deepen the healing process.

2. Used as a daily procedure to clear out a lifetime of accumulated emotional debris. This will enhance self- image, reduce self-doubt and provide a profound sense of freedom.

3. As a means to eliminate a major contributor (if not the sole cause) of a serious disease. Somewhere within your specific events are those angers, fears and traumas that are manifesting as disease. By addressing them all, you will likely cover those responsible for the disease.

4. Performed as a useful substitute for finding core issues. If you neutralize all the specific issues you will have automatically included core issues.

5. EFT Tapping in Las Vegas as a means for consistent relaxation.

6. To become an example to others as to what is possible.

This simple concept of Recapping and Tapping should shift the entire awareness of your being. Is this a bold statement? Yes, it is. Begin performing the protocol as described below and see for yourself. EFT Tapping in Las Vegas and the results achieved are stunningly amazing.

Please keep this key phrase in mind: Most of our emotional and physical problems are caused (or contributed to) by our unresolved specific events, that vast majority of which can be easily handled by EFT Tapping in Las Vegas.

How obvious! Experienced practitioners of EFT Tapping in Las Vegas are well aware of EFT tapping and the ability to cleanly wipe the negative specific events off of our mental walls. This is the area wherein our highest success ratios appear. To date, however, we have focused our efforts on those negative specific events that underlie a given ailment such as a phobia, headache, chronic physical pain, or traumatic incident. This is good, very good, and we should continue doing so. On the other hand, why not use EFT Tapping in Las Vegas on ALL the other specific events that are behind our more generalized (but VERY important) issues such as these listed below:

Depression Persistent insomnia
Feelings of abandonment

As you eliminate the emotional baggage from your specific events you will, of course, have less and less internal conflict for your system to deal with. Less internal conflict translates into a higher level of personal peace and less emotional and physical suffering.

For many, this Recapping and Tapping procedure will likely result in the complete cessation of lifelong issues that other methods have not touched. How's that for peace in a paragraph? Once again, EFT Tapping in Las Vegas and the results it produces are amazing!

The same applies to physical ailments as well. I'm talking here about everything from headaches, breathing difficulties and digestive disorders to AIDS, ALS, MS and Cancer. It is becoming more widely accepted that our physical maladies are caused (or contributed to) by unresolved angers, traumas, guilt, grief and the like. I have had many discussions with physicians in recent years and more and more of them echo emotional strife as a major cause of serious diseases. Until now, however, there hasn't been an effective way to eliminate these health bandits. We can mask them with drugs, of course, but true cures have been hard to find.

Fortunately, EFT Tapping in Las Vegas and its many cousins now provide easy and elegant tools that will aid the serious health practitioner in killing the root causes of disease...instead of the client.

What I share here is NOT a substitute for sound medical diagnosis NOR is it a substitute for visiting your medical doctor for proper treatment. Rather, it is a tool that, properly applied, is capable of wide ranging relief (quality training or quality assistance will add to its effectiveness in person here at EFT Tapping in Las Vegas). Its simplicity and far reaching effectiveness give it candidacy as a mandatory method for anyone seeking help for even the most difficult of problems. I know that's a bold statement but I've been at this for over eight years now and have seen so many impressive results over such a wide variety of issues that this statement is easy, if not essential, to make.

The Recapping and Tapping Protocol listed below is simple (I'm assuming you already know how to apply EFT Tapping in Las Vegas).

1. Make a list of every bothersome specific event you can remember. If you don't find at least 50 you are either going at this half-heartedly or you have been living on some other planet. Many people will find hundreds.

2. While making your list you may find that some events don't seem to cause you any current discomfort. That's OK. List them anyway. The mere fact that you remember them suggests a need for resolution.

3. Give each specific event a title; as though it was a mini-movie. Examples: Dad hit me in the kitchen. I stole Suzie's sandwich. I almost slipped and fell into the Grand Canyon. My third grade class ridiculed me when I gave that speech. Mom locked me in a closet for 2 days. Mrs. Adams told me I was stupid. I hurt my neck in the car crash when I was 19 years old. I’ve been afraid of the dark since I was 9 after reading that scary story.

4. When the list is complete, pick out the biggest redwoods in your negative forest and apply EFT Tapping in Las Vegas to each of them until you either laugh about it or "can't think about it any more." Be sure to notice any aspects that may come up and consider them separate trees in your negative forest. Apply EFT Tapping in Las Vegas to them accordingly. Be sure to keep after each event until it is resolved. If you cannot get a 0-10 intensity level on a particular movie then assume you are repressing it and apply 10 full rounds of EFT Tapping in Las Vegas on it from every angle you can think of. This gives you a high possibility for resolving it. After the big redwoods have been removed, go to the next biggest trees. And then the next, and so on and so forth.

5. Do at least one movie (specific event) per day, preferably three; for 3 months. It only takes minutes per day to perform EFT Tapping in Las Vegas. At this rate you will have resolved 90 to 270 specific events in 3 months. Then notice how your body feels better. Note, too, how your ‘threshold for getting upset’ is much lower. Note how your relationships are better and how many of your therapy type issues just don't seem to be there any more. Revisit some of those specific events and notice how those previously intense incidences have faded into nothingness. Note any improvements in your blood pressure, pulse and breathing ability.

I ask you to consciously notice these things because, unless you do, the quality healing you will have undergone will seem so subtle that you may not notice it. You may even dismiss it saying, "Oh well, it was never much of a problem anyway." This happens repeatedly with EFT Tapping in Las Vegas and thus I bring it to your awareness.

6. If you are taking medications, you may feel the need to discontinue them. Please do so ONLY under a qualified physician’s advice. EFT Tapping in Las Vegas is NOT a substitute for your doctors advice or diagnosis.

It is my hope that the Recapping and Tapping Protocol becomes a worldwide routine. A few minutes per day will make a monumental difference in school performance, relationships, health and our quality of life. But these are meaningless words unless others (you) put the idea into practice. Join us at EFT Tapping in Las Vegas at our physical location to learn more.

Relaxation Protocols And EFT Tapping Part 2

I’ll now detail out the In-The-Moment Relaxation protocol we use here at EFT tapping in Las Vegas. If you are unsure in regards to what this is that I’m discussing, please visit the previous post here, Relaxation Protocols And EFT Tapping and read this post first.

How to relax certain areas of your body and muscles throughout the day – Our instruction to our clients at EFT tapping in Las Vegas regarding the In-The-Moment Relaxation protocol goes something like this, “It is necessary that you become aware of your habit of tensing your ___ (Fill in the blank with the area that pains you) on a moment to moment basis and change this habit. Throughout the day check for tension in your upper shoulders, traps, lower back etc., so you can apply the technique of relaxing it. You may want to set the alarm on your phone, tie a string around your finger, or paste a colored piece of paper on your computer screen to remind you.” The alarm is best; set it for every fifteen minutes to remind you to relax your tense areas.

Here at EFT tapping in Las Vegas the In-The-Moment Relaxation protocol is done repetitively, without effort and without seeking any gain. Perform this as often as you can, as long as these mini relaxations don’t interfere with your functioning during the day. Don’t tighten and then relax; just relax. Do nothing. If you choose to ‘do’ something, move your body around a little as if you are stretching, as well as take some deep breathes into your belly to assist in becoming relaxed.

This is difficult to describe and assist you with on a personal basis as I’m unsure where your physical issues are. Often times if you have physical pain in a certain area, that area is not where the real cause or issue originates. This is why it is a good idea to visit us for a free consultation so you can get specific, individualized instruction along with learning the basics of EFT tapping in Las Vegas. Our relaxation protocols go hand-in-hand with EFT tapping. They compliment each other.

Most people here at EFT tapping in Las Vegas can feel tension in certain parts of their bodies and can let go of this tension to some degree or another when they are aware of it. Others cannot. If you are one of those who cannot discern tension or how to relax tense areas you can become sensitive to it in the following way. This is an example for those who suffer from chronic headaches or cervical neck and upper back pain.

As you are reading this right now, put your attention and awareness on your shoulders and allow them to drop just a bit. Almost everyone I know has tension in their upper back, cervical neck and trap muscles leading to the shoulders to constantly elevate. If you can’t notice this, then pull your shoulders back as if you are sitting up straight. Move them around a bit. The sensation is very subtle and will occur out of your awareness if you’re not paying careful attention. These (as well as others) are the muscles that you want to learn to relax throughout the day for these muscles are part of the guarding response that keeps you tight and tense. Again, this is best demonstrated in person here at EFT tapping in Las Vegas. Join us and learn!

In-The-Moment Relaxation is the practice of allowing the muscles to drop and relax all day. Don’t look for immediate results. Don’t strain in any way. It should take just a moment to notice and do and should hardly take any attention away from what you’re involved in. Remember that your voluntary relaxation of these muscles at first will rarely cause much of a sense of relaxation in them. It is best to expect that your voluntary relaxation will only help a little to relax the muscles. Even if this method is effective for you, you may only experience slight relief of symptoms for days or weeks.

In-The-Moment Relaxation on an ongoing basis becomes a habit replacing the tendency to chronically tighten certain areas of your body. This is one of the areas we focus on here at EFT tapping in Las Vegas.

Here are a few hints on the application:

1) It takes time to learn. This is self explanatory. Doing it should take only a moment or two.
2) Make sure that you do not exert effort. Meaning, do not exert any effort to relax. Don’t pull your shoulders down (as in the example above) to relax. Just allow them to naturally find their lowest point. This leads us back to number one, it takes time to learn and why you should join us in person here at EFT tapping in Las Vegas.
3) Continue to practice even if no results seem to occur. Practicing this conscientiously for weeks has helped some clients reduce their symptoms.

One again, all of this is best demonstrated in person here at EFT tapping in Las Vegas. Also, and I know I sound like a broken record, but this is just awareness training. You are becoming aware of your body on a moment-to-moment basis, especially areas that are in pain.

Ok, this is getting long, so I’ll stop for now. I’m sure I’ll be coming back to this technique in the future as it's a key component here at EFT tapping in Las Vegas.
